Since 1986 the International Festival of French-language Cinema of Namur has been promoting and distributing French-language audiovisual work. To this end it tries to bring together all the moviemakers, producers, writers, actors and distributors who are involved in French-language cinema in Namur. This is a veritable haven of reflection and a meeting place for professionals during workshops and meetings. The festival also contributes to the education and training of young people by providing a range of pedagogical activities and offering young people their own space.
