The Félicien Rops Museum, which is owned by the Province of Namur, is situated in an old hôtel de maître (period house), in the historic city centre of Namur, not far from the house where the artist was born. The museum highlights all aspects of the work of the renowned Namur artist (1833-1898), the major phases of his life, the people he met, and his creations.
