Performances : La Bohème by G. Puccini – sets by Folon
The Dolce Hotel Brussels in La Hulpe will be hosting performances of the opera « La Bohème » by Giacomo Puccini. In 2003 Folon created a number of sets for the Puccini Festival. The 2008 Folon retrospective is a perfect opportunity to rediscover this masterpiece, which blends the lyrical and pictorial arts.
Folon has chosen the most beautiful colours to match Puccini’s sublime music and has rendered his interpretation of the Paris workshop, the intellectual passions, the love, friendship and death which constitute the substance of this famous opera.
